Wayne Dahl

Hi there, my name is Wayne Dahl, and I love to travel. My definition of travel has changed over the years. For most of my life the love of travel was, how many times could I get to Disneyland in a year, (the record was 5). I always enjoyed planning trips like this, and in fact I planned 2 great trips while in my early 20’s through a group at church. For 2 consecutive May long weekends, I organized a trip to Disney for 90-100 college age people. I rented vans and we drove down, stayed 2 nights in a hotel, got group rates for everything and saw Disneyland, Universal Studios and Six Flags Magic Mountain, then drove straight back.

After I got married and had kids, we still liked to go to SO CAL, but my wife always wanted to do more. So first it was 1 Mexican all inclusive, then the next year we did that again. Learnt lots. Then I planned a big trip for her 40th birthday, which included flying first class with Emirates which was amazing, then a cruise on the Mediterranean with Celebrity, then rail from Rome to Venice, and then flying home. I loved booking that trip, and think I caught the bug there.

I was so happy to run into Janice at our morning association breakfasts and she told me how I could become part of the team. The summer was busy, but in the fall I took the leap and love it. I’m learning something new every day, and the support I get from every one is awesome.

I want to help people plan the best trips possible. I have heard the horror stories and tell people if they would have just done this, or this it could have been better.

My passion is for people to have great memories, either with family or friends.

I love to book cruises, anything Disney, and wish to branch out booking sports trips. We had so much fun following our favorite baseball team down to San Diego or even Oakland. I’m an avid sports fan so would love focus more on that aspect of travel as well.
