It was an Amazing Hidden Gem! Totally in Love with the place. Paradise!   We enjoyed our Getaway ☀️🍹🍷

Having a room on the GOLD floor………Amazing! Basically had it all to ourself!!! Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner!   Spoiled us rotten. Personal chef to cook us omelettes too

24 hour wine bar that we thoroughly enjoyed, Unlimited fresh baked Cookies and desserts
They changed the food 5 times throughout the day!

Room amenities: Remote control blinds, Firepit, Jacuzzi, Fresh ice put in every night in our ice bucket
Turn down each night with chocolates, Music turned on for bedtime, Roses in room, Amazing!!!!!’

Oh yes the Service was fabulous! So kind and inviting! They looked after everything and treated us like royalty.

I feel compelled to notify you about one of your employees.
This man is a God send!!!

I had booked a trip for my son, daughter in law, myself and 4 grand children.
Due to covid, our trip was on credit. I rebooked in October, with another travel agency, AND MY NIGHTMARE BEGAN!!!!!!

2 Days ago, I had sent him/her an email about my itinerary and passes. I received an email that stated, LOL… I thought I had sent it. Please check your junk mail.

I should have sent this on October 22. When I tried to reserve my Disney days, I wasn’t able to as it was fully booked!!
My trip begins in 9 days. Dec 3-9 I emailed and called him/her and still have not heard from him/her!! I told him/her how distraught I am and how my grand children won’t understand!! Still NO REPLY!!!!

I am writing to you to inform you of this ANGEL on your payroll!

Wayne had gone ABOVE AND BEYOND and made our Christmas Miracle happen.

I am an avid traveller and I will ONLY use your company and my saviour, Wayne!!

I’m still crying with joy over his dedication and empathy that he showed me!!

Hope your well. Just wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed I’ve been working with Wayne. He has always responded right away to any questions or concerns we have had, and made the booking process very easy.

Further his true dedication to his clients has really shown since we found out our trip has to be canceled and re booked due to these new travel restrictions, he has been in constant contact with the airline and ourselves working hard to get it fixed.

As I mentioned to him someone’s true customer service shines not just when go smooth, but when the wheels come off and they go above and beyond.

As someone who’s also been is sales and management for almost 20 years now I know these types of emails don’t come often enough. So its important to let you know when your team is doing things right, rather than just the constant rants we as leaders have to sift through from upset customers due to things that are usually completely out of our control.

Long story short Wayne has been great, and fingers crossed we can get this trip rebooked .
